No long term parking on site. There is a loading dock to the right of the building where you can park for 10 minutes to unload luggage, but you will need to move your car to either on street parking or to the Seneca Street parking Garage. This apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. There are other tenants that use the front door, hallways, and elevator.

Located on the Eastern most end of the Ithaca Commons, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, apartment is close to it all. Above bars and restaurants, but still rather quiet, this restaurant has some of Ithaca's BEST places to eat right outside it's door.
Guest Access
Guests will not have parking access. Once inside the apartment you will notice there is a staircase that has rooftop access. There is no rooftop access at this moment. Please do not use the stairs inside the apartment both up, or down.

There is a loading dock to the right of the building where you can park your car for up to 10 minutes to unload your luggage and bring it up to the apartment. Vehicles must be moved quickly and then parking is on city streets or in Seneca Street Garage at the guests expense. We are happy to help you with where to park, Ithaca is not that big and parking can be rather easy.
